🎁 The Giving Season @ Uptown Christiansburg Giveaway – Official Rules

1. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of Virginia, aged 18 years or older.
• Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Uptown Christiansburg are not eligible to participate.
• No purchase necessary to enter or win.

2. Giveaway Period

• The giveaway begins on November 28^th 10am and ends on December 19^th 10am.
• Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter    – Participants can enter by:

• Filling out the entry form in-store.
• Providing a valid name and email address.
• Additional entry with purchase
• Acknowledgement of the rules

⚠️ Limit one entry per person per day unless otherwise specified.

4. Prizes

• Weekly prizes will include gift cards
• A grand prize of (2) $250.00 winners will be awarded on December 19^th.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
• Weekly winners will be announced on our social media pages and/or contacted via email within 48 hours of the draw.
• If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner may be selected.

6. Publicity Release

• By entering, you grant Uptown Christiansburg permission to use your name, city, and likeness (photo, if submitted or taken upon prize claim) for promotional purposes without further compensation or notice.

7. Opt-In Consent    – By entering this giveaway, you agree to:

• Receive marketing emails and promotions from Uptown Christiansburg. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email.
